Situation
Company wants to further the value and benchmarking information it provides to its member base. Desire is for a focus on tactical and operational opportunities for their members to implement.
HRI Role
Conduct condensed, single-day assessments of 10 facilities a year, assessing the sections of operations, engineering and quality
Produce benchmarking and observation reports both for individual shops and leadership of association
Collect annual production and financial survey to create detailed benchmarking for survey participants to help them understand how their performance stacks up to their competitive base
Host webinars for member base to understand industry-wide opportunities that they can take and implement in their facilities based on assessment observations and scores
Using assessment and survey data and information, present findings at annual association leadership conference
Results
Deliver valuable data/information to membership
