Cara Walton, Director

Cara runs the company’s Harbour IQ service, which includes organizing, planning and directing data and information for Harbour IQ members and partners. She also studies economic, business, trade and tariff trends impacting the manufacturing industry and consults with clients on its impact on business. Finally, she supports marketing and sales activities for the organization.

Ben Wasiak, Analyst Consultant

Ben is focused on collecting and analyzing data and information from multiple sources to inform clients, assist in solving problems and improving business performance. He plays and important role in the company’s benchmarking and market studies deliverables and contributes to the Harbour IQ manufacturing intelligence tool.

 

Guy Hutchison, Senior Consultant

Guy works with clients to assist in optimizing processes quickly in new environments. Guy’s expertise is lean system implementation including lean assessments, development of lean strategies and execution plans. Guy regularly conducts training, and mentors business leaders on all lean methodologies and at all levels of organizations. He has supported large multi-national companies and small companies under $100M in revenue.

Robert Kimmel, Senior Manager

Robert is part of the strategy consulting team. He has a particular focus on sales strategy and processes, supports business assessments and financial, costing and quoting analyses of clients. Specifically, he has worked with numerous manufacturing companies on strategy formulation, which cascade into action and results. Robert was the manager that launched Harbour IQ in 2015, HRI’s market insight and competitive benchmarking products and services.

 

Gregg Lambert, Senior Consultant

Gregg is responsible for client strategy development and execution projects, business turnarounds and transformations, manufacturing operations improvement projects, operations assessments and coaching and mentoring leaders at HRI clients. Gregg is a manufacturing expert who has successfully worked in many companies to transform their operations and leadership to high performing businesses with a high level of profitability. Most recently, he worked on a project with a $300M plastics processor to drive operational improvement across eight plants as the operations lead.

Nicole Eldred, Analyst Consultant

Nicole is part of the Harbour IQ team, garnering manufacturing data and information from various resources to inform and educate clients. Her knowledge and analysis contribute to the development of the company’s benchmarking and market studies for the Harbour IQ manufacturing intelligence tool, the leading manufacturing benchmarking resource. Additionally she support client management and association benchmarking activities.

 

Gene Mussel, Director

Gene Mussel is part of the consulting team focused on business strategy development and integration. He has extensive experience in plastics manufacturing. He utilizes data analytics to identify opportunities for business and operational improvements and helps implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Additionally, Gene's merger and acquisition expertise support client's desire to build or diversify their holdings.

Nick Stanziola, Senior Consultant

Nick implements operations improvement initiatives, turnaround, strategy execution, competitive benchmarking, product launch and program management processes for metal and plastics product manufacturers, stamping die and injection mold makers. He works on-site with clients to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes and improve throughput through a number of operational tools.

 

Mark Shircliff, Senior Consultant

Mark is responsible for the execution of manufacturing operations improvement projects, strategic planning projects, benchmarking, conducting operation assessments and coaching and mentoring leaders at HRI clients. His knowledge and experiences enable him to quickly assess the clients needs and implement productivity improvements.

 

James Goodsel, Analyst Consultant

James works both as an analyst on the Harbour IQ team and as a consultant. He balance his time between managing data, collecting intelligence and developing custom analysis for clients and working to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing processes at HRI’s manufacturing clients. 

Daniel Miller, Analyst Consultant

Daniel uses his experience to manage and analyze data the company collects through benchmarking and market research. As a member of the Harbour IQ team, he supports the consultants by providing relevant data and develops reports with custom outputs to help inform HRI’s clients, the industry and associations. He also manages the Manufacturing Benchmarking Studies with more than 500 participants annually.

 

Lisa Lehman, Business Development Manager

Lisa is responsible for attracting leads and securing new business. She leverages her experience and over a decade of traditional and non-traditional manufacturing sales knowledge to help HRI achieve its near- and long-term business growth goals.
